Just fitted the new pipes and am now twice as much in love with the beast ( bike that is , not the wife)

AND the good news is I haven't re-jetted and it all works fine - I'm sure it's a bit quicker too.

Can anyone tell me why I should re-jet as it all seems great to me.

great to you is as great as it needs to be.
however, it wont be as great as mine
:hammer: believe it, a correct re-jetting makes quite a difference

It may run ok, but its likely lean and running hot.

I thought the TOR's were to quiet, and they were, till I fit the dynojet kit and removed the snorkle.
The dynojet kit has softer slide springs, which allow more throttle openings at any given RPM, and that along with the snorkle removal allows more into the engine, so you get more out (louder exhaust).
It sounds just how I want it to, not to loud, not to quiet, and MUCH better power between 2500 and 4000 rpm.

I have TOR pipes and the needle was drilled and new main jet installed. Runs much quicker, about 6hp improvement. Also have a K&N filter. I have shied away from air box mods for ease of maintneance and I do not like to change intake. Too tempermental.
