Hello all,
Is there anywhere out there in BonnnieLand that has a manual on the CVK carb?
I want to rejet and would like to see exploded drawings and tips/advice etc.
Is it easy?
Any advice from RATS would be appreciated.

Thanks

John

Ck the official Triumph Service Manual, Section 9, Fuel System and Exhaust. There's several pages that illustrate dismantling and reassembling the carbs.

John - the Triumph manual can be purchased thru your Triumph dealer. Part Number T3850902. Mine is Issue 2, published in 2002. There are undoubtedly newer versions to cover the 865cc engines and any changes, though minor, in the bikes.

ALso, here's an excellent book that probably provides more info than you'd want: Haynes Fuel System Manual

For a good free read about how our bikes carbs work, and how to tune them read Jenks

Also, search this site. Members have posted some excellent info on rejetting and tuning the Bonnevilles.

Hope this helps. Perhaps some others will respond to your request with additional information.
