Has anyone out there ever toyed with the idea of putting a solid disc front wheel on a speedmaster, I am just curious as to what it may look like.

Hey! I would like a wheel that "matched" the rear wheel too.

If you find one let us know.......... :???:

Looks aside, every solid disc wheel bike I have ever rode had a very annoying shake when following something like a delivery truck and up in size. The turbulance pushes the wheel around because it acts like a sail! Strong side winds can be quite "interesting" as well! Not saying that this problem is a "killer" but you should not be surprised if it happens.

I have a buddy who has solid discs on his Heritage Softail and hates them for this reason. Even with a bike that size, he gets pushed around when we are not. It's especially bad in crosswinds
