D & D and Staintune state the hp gains using their mufflers. Does anyone have info on the Togas and Tors? I can't find anything in the ads.
And, what jets were used in obtaining your gains?
Or, do you have other suggestions for mufflers that make good power?
I am in the decision making stage and need some real world numbers if possible. Or some comparison through seat of the pants experience.
Thanks.

P.S. This is for the '05 T100

I've got Norman Hyde Togas and I think they're good for 6 or 7 HP with rejetting. I also installed 4" long J.C. Whitney baffles in the tailpipes so that may have cut the HP gain a fraction but to me the sound is perfect after adding the baffles. I actually didn't consider the HP gain when I was looking for mufflers, it was quality, looks and the sound.

With the stock airbox and stock air filter, I doubt you will find much difference between the TOR's, Togas, D&D's and most others offered. The 790 really comes alive once the airbox is removed; however, I have read that the 865 doesn't respond as well to this modification. I would suggest you purchase silencers for their sound--there is a wide variety of sounds available. The only quality problems I have read about were with D&D silencers, and others have praised the quality of D&D's. The NH Togas I bought from Newbonneville.com were very high in quality. I have seen a Raask system and it is very high quality with double wall headers.
