Dawg,

They are just near the carby heaters (those wires that hang off the bottom) Unplug the wires,the one on the right carb is in front of them and behind them on the left carb.
Depending on the year model,bugger I see you have a 05 you will need a d-tool and may have to drill out the anti tamper plug,early models just need a thin flat blade screwdriver.You can insert it up the tube and turn the screw in to make it leaner and out for richer.Make sure you do them both the same.
If you dont have the hic-up when the bike is cold you can bet this is the problem.

UPDATE:

I up'ed the idle to where I liked it (prior to adj. setting).

No hiccups as of yet on short or medium rides (hard and soft riding).

If you still get the "hiccups" after raising your idle RPM then turn your pilot screws out 1/8 to 1/4 turn. I run my idle at about 1100 RPM.
