My new 2013 Bonnie has slight TB sync issues just like my America did when it was new. 1st service will fix that up. Fixed my popping and backfire on closed throttle with a marble.
Man this bike is cool.

Couldn't you just have got a Carbtune and synched the throttle bodies yourself?

I too thought changing the throttle bodies was going to extremes. Using software like TuneECU it takes a couple of minutes to synchronise them without any dismantling or special tools or gauges.

GEarbox issues? First i've ever heard of that issue on one of these bikes. Very odd.

The gear box on my Bonny is the smoothest one on any bike that I have ever had. I haven't gotten a false neutral yet.

I think that is usually the case, I just seem to have been unlucky

I have a carbtune as well as TuneECU. A carbtune doesn't fix a mechanical defect.
