Thanks for the information Forchetto. I am debating getting a pair of these baffles. Funny thing, the more I ride my bike with unbaffled Arrows, the more I like it.

An update requested
For anyone who has installed the larger diameter baffles, what do you think? Especially when comparing them to no baffles? I started with the stock baffles (really too quiet,) then took them out (at first this sounded good to me but now the loudness is starting to get on my nerves more often than not.) So, I am left with modifying the stock baffles or buying a set of the AR11005's (I think that is the number,) from Jaap. Could a few more folks weigh in on the sound?
Thanks.
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.
PG

I've already given you opinion in post 26 but basically it's a much more pleasant sound than without baffles, deep and rumbly, especially on deceleration. Loud when accelerating hard but reasonable around town.

Question for Forchetto

The sound is totally different. Louder than the normal one but nowhere as loud as going without baffles. At low throttle openings the sound is deep with a nice low rumble, especially on the overrun. On opening the throttle it becomes a lot louder, but it doesn't have those metallic, raspy, harsh overtones of open Arrows.

Do you have a photo of the outlet end of the new baffle that you can post.

I can take one tomorrow, but it looks exactly the same as the original baffle but with a larger centre hole.
EDIT: tvscum has kindly done that for you, see post 38.

Well I just placed an order for a pair. Does anybody know how long it takes to get these to the States?

Here it is installed in a 2 to 1 Arrow on a Scrambler. I used the old ring, which is a bit easier to install than the one that came with the new baffle.
As you can see, the 33mm diameter inner tube actually fits quite snugly OVER the existing tube inside the Arrow exhaust. The length I used was about 45mm and I still had to pound it in over the existing tube. Hopefully, I will never have to remove it because it was pretty tight! I like the way it sounds, kind of midway between the stock baffle and no baffle.
It took about 10 days for mine to arrive in San Diego.

Thanks for the information everyone. I wanted as many opinions as possible about the sound, tone as well as loudness, because this can be somewhat subjective. I am looking forward to trying these out.
