Thanks for the ideas. I think that I'll go with double sided tape and then wrap it with duct tape.

This thread is important for more than just the chance to toss around some alternative solutions to securing the relays.
I was lucky enough to get pointed in the direction of a relay full of water as the culprit when my starter was kicking on when the ignition key was turned on. Considering the cost of replacing a burned up starter- or worse- it's a good idea to make sure the relay is secured in a vertical, i e prongs down, orientation.
