RumRunner Forum Liaison SuperBike Main Motorcycle: 04 Thruxton Join Date: Feb 2009 Location: North GA Mountains Posts: 1,408	New Thruxton Speedo/Tach Question Does anyone know how the indicator lights in the newer gauges are activated? I'm wondering if they (oil, hi beam, neutral, etc.) are triggered by the ECU, or if they're run with the same wires that trigger the idiot lights on the older bikes. Anyone with an wiring diagram off a new bike should be able to tell pretty simply. Just thinking of potentially swapping out the clocks to eliminate the separate idiot lights.
