Seems then that the SDs will be the way to go as "tire longevity" is my lowest priority. Thanks again,

[QUOTE=hilobemagical;2410684]My 2011 T100 is currently stock and I'd like to get some better tires that I can grow into. I've read enough of the tire threads here to know that what's offered in stock sizing is limited but that I can go up on size and have a much better selection of more sport-oriented tires. Beyond that I get confused at some of the mix-and-match solutions I've read about and would think there should be a matched set of great sport tires that can be accommodated by the stock rims.

Stock setup specs on the current tires:

Front- 100 / 90-19 M/C 57H; Rear- 130 / 80 R 17 M/C 65H
Front Wheel- 36-spoke, 19 x 2.5in.; Rear Wheel- 40-spoke, 17 x 3.5in.

I'm running 110/80 19 150/70 17 TKC 80s on my Scrambler. Prior to this I had Metzler Tourance 110/80 19 140/80 17 Both wore very well with the Tourance lasting 12K and still had life. I've read that you shouldn't oversize tires to your rims as this deforms the contact patch but I've had no issues.
