There you go! Kind of makes you want to try another mod, doesn't it? It's a slippery slope...

I can't quite make out on my phone app, but are your risers maybe a little too close to the outside? It seems like the horizontal Rox posts aren't quite filling all the clamping area? I'm sure it's secure enough but scooching the risers toward the inside a bit so the horizontals completely fill the cradle space will look cleaner and be one less place for rain and dirt to accumulate.

Glad it worked for you! Handle better?

Hilo...I noticed that too when I was installing the pictures. Saw that yours actually extended thru the riser. Mine just arent that long. The Rox is flush against the riser, and there is that short gap of about 1/8" or so. I took it apart and put it together twice thinking I goofed (which would not be a stretch). But there it is. Hope the bars dont come off in my hands one day! I do have somewhat different Rox Risers...mine are for 7/8" bars, not that that should matter.

Went for a longer ride yesterday and it was fine. Felt a little weird at first, but its much more comfortable. Love it.

Nah, you have plenty of clamp. I was just talking esthetics.

Keep the Allen wrench handy. . You'll be dialing it in over the next month or so...

Those are Napoleon mirrors. They are not made for one inch bars...

I cut copper pipe, left a gap, pounded the whole mess into the end of the bar and tightened them up quite nicely. In other words the "bushing" took up the slack and made the bar into 7/8"...
