Joker Ignition Relocation help...
Quick question. Got the Joker machine ignition relocation bracket. Is there any wiring involved or do I just relocate the original wires. There's no mention of any wiring or soldering on the BC or the JM website.

I had to do no wiring on mine; the switch isn't relocating that far away. The whole job took maybe 30 minutes.

The Joker component uses the stock frame screws, right? Do you know how hard those need to be torqued back down?
Thanks.

No, the Joker one comes with new screws. I just tightened them tight, didn't torque them. I probably should have.

I just installed a kit similar to the joker and the cable was not long enough out of the headlight. I had to pull out the connector to get more slack. I tucked in the connector behind the headlight, behind the ear.
Odd enough a friend of mine has a similar set up on his 06, but no issue with the wiring. My is an 07. I guess mine must have had a shorter wire.
I believe the screws will need to be torqued to 45 nm.

For my EFI 2009 Thruxton i had to do a bit of re-jigging inside the headlight to get enough cable out. The other thing i found is that the frame bolts supplied had a different thread to the OEM nuts so had to get some new nuts to get it all hooked up...

Ignitition relocation bracket
Hi,
Do you have a picture you can post of this? I am having the same problem, wires not long enough out of the headlight. I have a 2011 t100.
Thanks!
Sean

I did the right hand side mount and had to mount the ignition upside down to fit. No big deal.
