2011 t100 vibration on front- help please
Yep. Bought a brand new t100 black a few months ago. I noticed some vibration coming from the front at around 40-55 mph. It's not terrible, just a little annoying. I immediately called the dealer. They said they'd have to check it out. I took the bike in after clocking just under 1000 miles. The dealer told me "it's the nature of the beast". I've got about 2200 miles now and changed the handle bars and there's been no change. Anyone else had a similar problem?

Nature of the beast!
Sounds like your dealer is related to a bull! Did the vibs happen all of a sudden? If so check for the tyre balance weight on the wheel, doubt that it has fallen off.
Did the dealer check all the triple clamps for tightness, head bearings adjustment, fork alignment, spokes(is it spoked), tyre pressure and wheel true.
If you are a bit savvy or have a manual check all these yourself. Otherwise the forum will guide you.

It happened on the ride home from the dealer. The first thing I thought was wheel balance because there looks like theres more wheel weights on the front wheel than I've ever seen. When I took the bike in for the first service I told them about the vibration. I know they trued the wheel, but honestly not sure what else they looked at. It always vibrates between 40-55mph on acceleration and deceleration and cruising. It's not violent cause if it was I'd be more aggressive on fixing it. Outside of tire pressure I'm not sure if I could check the other things.

What kind of tires are on the front ? Have they worn funny or have a flat spot in the middle ? Most important is check your tire pressure. Also just for the heck of it, check your bar end weights, who knows they could be loose and acting a little weird.
BTW weird is a very technical term .........

Your dealer is an !@#$. A vibration at the speed is an out of balance wheel front wheel or a bead not seated correctly.

Might be a bad tire
I had a bad front Metzeler on my 2010 Speedmaster. Caused all kinds of vibration issues at various speeds. Balance, forks, front end, wheel alignment was checked, and the tire was actually faulty. Replaced by my dealer and no issues since.

About the bar end weights-like I said I changed my bars to new Bonneville drags and the vibration didn't change at all. The dealer said they took the bike for a test ride and said they couldnt replicate the vibration which is bologna cause it never doesn't happen. I'm pretty good with staying on top of my tire pressure. Anyone know if having another shop look at it will affect the warranty?

I'd ask for a new front tire if they can't get rid of the vibration.
Which dealer is it?
If you want a good mechanic to look at it, go to Deer Park Cycle in Eldersburg, MD.

Pete's. I live in southern Maryland so its a hassle to get up to Baltimore. And I won't give Clinton cycles a dollar. They are the most crooked operation I've ever seen.

"Welfarebanks" did you ever get this resolved? I too suffer from the same problem on my 2012 T100 and is currently being investigated. I've even got my own thread on this:
http://www.triumphrat.net/twins-talk...012-t100s.html
I've already had the front tire replaced and it actually seems slightly worse, but definitely not better. This is getting really frustrating, and a PITA to deal with.
