Smart!!!. What are they called?, can't find them anywhere.

They're certainly cheaper than this similar idea:

Forchetto, in Spain they're for sale in Bricolage Stores, like AKI.

Thanks. We don't have an AKI anywhere near me but I'll have a look in other DIY stores.

I can just read the words "Home Trolly" or "Home trolley" in the photo, With that I should be able to find a source somewhere else.

Here's a source for the US, a set of four of them for less than $20:

As long as this thread is revised, checking back in too.

I did go with one of these stands:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Motorcycle-C...f517ca&vxp=mtr

Found it worked pretty well, with only a couple of caveats. Since it's a frame lift, it is a little tricky getting it situated; on the bike, the part where the side stand attaches to the frame bends up slightly, such that when you lift the bike with the stand, it doesn't sit 100% vertical on the stand. The other issue, though again minor, is if you have a K&N oil filter, the bolt/nub that comes off the bottom of the filter is right about where the stand wants to sit and comes down just far enough that contact with the stand is possible.

Neither are deal breakers, just things to watch out for, I think for most any frame stand.

YMMV
