I think the cheapest and most popular are EMGO shorties.

A general Google search for "emgo shorties thruxton" brings up several videos as well.

BellaCorse has a good price on Emgo shorties and the adapters you need for your stock headers.

You could also try these guys:

I haven't done business with them yet, but they have some very nice stuff.

I got mine from Dale at Specialty Spares, but I read somewhere on here that he's since gone out of business. The cans are just the Emgos, but the adapters were there own, I think. Quality of the cans is pretty good, and after adding some fiberglass packing it sounds great.

What size inner diameter of mufflers do we need to fit our stock pipes (2006 bonny) I would rather not run adaptors.

The adapters aren't generally for diameter, but rather because the headers curve upward steeply at the ends. The stock cans have an angled inlet to match this, but the emgos and other "universal" after-market cans have a straight inlet. Without the adapters, they'd stick up pretty high and you'd probably have to remove the pillion pegs or make other modifications to accommodate them.

Can Diameters

Muffler inlets are measured by the O.D. of the header pipe. Our Bonnie headers are 1-1/2". There aren't many mufflers that have 1-1/2" inlets except our stock Triumph mufflers.
The adapters are o.k. but I recommend getting a quality adapter from a Pep Boy's or other auto supply. The emgo's have a straight line cut which can be hard to seal without a bunch of high temp silicone. The better ones have an "S" cut that seals easier.
