Thumbs up Jetting Outcome and Pats Jetting Calc

Okay I am pleased to report that Pats Jetting Calculator is right on. I put TORs , K&N filter removed AI and cut inside snorkel and rejetted to 120’s back in 2005, I actually had ordered 125’s at the same time but decided to go with 120’s, I finally got around to putting in the 125’s (which with my config Pats Calc suggested) because had some lag When putting on the throttle. Well the 125s fixed that problem, no more lag or dead spots just acceleration all the way to the top… Happy riding, thank god Spring has Sprung… Joe

Did you also remove the restrictor? I'm trying to figure out jetting for my 06 T-100 with about the same setup. TORs, remove snorkel and open inlet. I'm undecided about the restrictor.

Go for it! The name itself sounds restrictive

I debated removing the restrictor, but since doing it would have to say it was all plus's. Went with piemans advice and fitted 132.5 mains (actually 124 dynojet, cause I had them in my jetting box). Improved the noise, love that induction roar, a bit more power but the big suprise was an increase in fuel economy/range.
