904cc kit step-by-step

Hey guys I just ordered my 904cc kit and need to pull my head off to take it in. I once saw a step-by-step guide with pictures of how to do it but I can't seem to find it now. Anyone remember that or know where I can check it out again?
Thanks

Pat Whitbeck's site will help. Excellent jetting calculator too.

Perfect

BC: Thanks, thats the site I was looking for.

Mikeinva: I ordered the Wiseco kit. Should be a good boost for my 790cc engine.

Danfoz: I may have a hard time quantifying the improvement of the upgrade because I am doing the Keihin FCRs and airbox removal all at the same time, but I will start a thread once I tear into it.

With fcr carbs If you dont do any head work should be 75 hp maybe.Hope you got someone good to do the sleeve work I never had much luck with sleeves on these motors.I have no use for Wiseco on these bikes, the tpusa kits are way better on these bikes .Who is going to do your sleeves?

My buddy owns a shop. He is having his guy do the sleeves. I am still flipping the coin on whether to get the CR or FCR carbs. I am by no means a speed demon. I just like to have some oomph in reserve for when I need it and I like to have my bike running very smooth. I thought about working with TPUSA but I like the idea of having a local shop doing my work.

Well best wishes Bhodi, looking forward to seeing a ripping bike. There are some great wiseco 904's out there, I'm sure it will be a successful build up!
