Maybe easier to have the HD sprocket turned down to 525-width?

off course, you are so right my friend!

----->525 (7.9375mm)<-----

----->530 (9.5250mm)<-----

1.58 mm to shave of.. no problem

i did not relize that both 525 and 530 had the same cc measurement... 15,875mm
and that it was the width that differentiate them....

thanks Ivar!

Ken,almost all new Triumphs use the same output shaft. I run a 530 chain on my Bonnie and the countershaft sprocket is a stock sprocket from a 2000 Trophy.It came stock with a 530.

Kenneth

I bought 520 sprockets from http://www.supersprox.com/eshop/index.php

They're quick, and the courier-delivery bypassed Norwegian VAT

forgot 1 thing, if I'm not mistaken, most sprockets are case hardened, so machining it will cause accelereted wear...?

(BTW, why a 19t front sprocket? How many teeths is the HD rear?)
