How wide can the handle bars go with stock cables.

How wide can the handle bars be without firrting new cables if the cables are re routed outside the forks.
I think the stock bars are close to 28 ins wide.I like to go to about 33 ins wide.

Should just about stretch if you use low bars. I've had a pair of LSL Roadsters (not quite 33ins wide) on with no problems using stock cables, but if you're thinking about wide AND high like NH Westerns, then you would ideally need to get longer cables.

I have NH Westerns and cables I purchased second hand, it looks like a bit of job to replace the cables so was going to look for something of similar style but use the orginal cables.

I think have read somewhere that there are HD bar similar to the NH Westerns but a not as wide.

I have black Harley bars (flat track style) on my T100. They measure 31" wide or 33" including bar end weights. All cables etc are left as standard, just a little re-routing reqd.
The Harley item code is 56085-83A (handlebar, black wrinkle)
Regards - Adrian.

I have 34" wide trials bars with brace on, did it easy with a little re-routing.

NH Western bars are 33" from tip to tip, the throttle cables work OK, but a longer clutch and brake hose are required.

Front brake line no problem, however it is bonded in it's clamp on the fork so have you have to release that to get a little extra length.
