What would you build?

I have just finished some great highway bars next I will be making some risers and I am looking for some other projects that might be fun
If you had a fully stocked metal shop complete with lathe welder plasma cutters benders etc etc, what would you build for your bonnie?

1) custom 2 into 1 pipes
2) quick release mounts for a 1/2 fairing
3) modify an alloy swingarm from a jap bike to fit
4) stainless freightliner rear rack for the long hauls

Cheers,
