Progressive 440's on my Black

So I just installed a set of 440's (13.5" Standard Duty (Black) - P/N 440-4215B from One Stop Moto) on my '05 Black. The instructions were kinda vague and my Haynes manual didn't help any. Anybody remember what bushings they used when they did this install? I used the thinnest ones and the stock bolt and washer. The next larger bushings didn't fit so this seemed like my only option. It all seemed pretty snug. Does this seem right to y'all? Also I lubed the post on the frame and swingarm and also blue loc-tited the bolts. Torqued the bolts to spec. This is my first upgrade on my Bonnie I have done. On my test ride after the install, I was afraid my ass was going to be dragging on the ground after every bump. I have an old SR500 that I don't mind beating on but it's not as pretty as my Bonnie.

If I recall correctly, my 440s, which I installed in May, 2006, came with 3 or 4 sets of bushings. All had the same outside diameter, but the inside diameters of each set was different, to permit you to select the one which slipped easily, but with no slop, onto the Triumph shock 'spigot' or mounts. If you selected the correct bushing, got it inserted into the rubber shock bushings, got the top of the shock on the top of the bike and the bottom on the bottom, torqued the bolts to spec .... you're good to go.

I was installing the 412s and ran into the same thing. Only one set of bushings fit and they were not as snug as I would have imagined. Not loose mind you, but with a very small amount of play.
Progressive said this was normal.

If you ran into the same thing, I guess it is.
