Of torque wrenches and tools

Trying to get stuff together so I can atack the new scrambler when it arrives and looking at torque wrenches.

Which one or two of these would be good to have in the arsenal. http://www.toolsource.com/torque-wre...-315_882.html? They got a good review here http://www.webbikeworld.com/r3/torque-wrench/

I intend to do a bunch of stuff, incl removing the wheels to do some mods. I'm noobish but I think I remember reading that 2 torque wrenches are prolly a good idea.

thanks

The problem is finding just one wrench that covers the whole range of torque values that are shown in the service manual. You often end up needing two wrenches to do that.

Thistle66,

To make your life easier make sure whatever torque wrench you buy also has a Newton Meter scale.

I use a Haynes Manual for my torque figures and they are all in NM. I have 2 Craftsman torque wrenches. One is a 1/2 wrench and the other is a 3/8 wrench. They have both Ft/Lbs and Nm scales.

Good idea. I'm just looking at TW's just now and will keep that in mind.
