cold blooded issues

I have an 07 Bonnie that was re fitted last year with Triumph off road pipes. It has become extremely cold blooded. The dealer installed them and changed the jets? with the ones that came with the pipes. Any ideas on improving startability? Note that I live in Wis and won't be running the bike for awhile yet.

May wish to use search here Dog because this has come up before - and from what I gather a carburetor adjust may be needed. Have had two '07 Bonnevilles and had NO problems starting in colder weather. Maybe idle is too low, floats maladjusted, etc. because many do not have the problem.
I am in NJ and ride in cooler weather - 30's on up - and with choke on, vroom, it lights up! Warmer weather, no choke, go straight to vroom.

Why does it seem that the more frequently I ride it, the better it starts? If it sits for a week or so - good luck!
