Paint blobs

I just bought an 09 Bonnie Black, and very nice it is too.
So how do I get rid of those pesky dabs of paint all over the bike?
On bolt heads is one thing, but I've got dabs of blue paint right in the middle of the black engine cases, and it looks terrible.

Nothing seems to dissolve the stuff, and I'm reluctant to scrape in case I damage the black finish.

I assume you paid a pretty hefty price for "Dealer Prep" I would be at the dealers doorstep and tell them to properly prep it.
That dealer prep fee really ticks me off, since the factory already pays them for it.

Rubbing alcohol (isopropyl) works, too.

Some people are like Slinkies. They're really good for nothing. But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

LOL! I think it is for taking the bike from the crate and putting on the handle bar! Hah!

If I may contradict, if that were so I wouldn't be wasting people's time here. It's rock hard and has so far resisted WD40, kero and brake fluid. I have yet to obtain some 'rubbing alcohol' as suggested by a previous poster.
