K and N Filter

Just read the whole to air box or not to airbox and have concluded mine is staying. How much extra tri-umph does just putting in the K an N filter give the Speedmaster?

Absolutely Nil, Zilch, Nada, etc. Combined with removing the snorkel and the restrictor, you might get 0.001 more HP from the K&N being there, but it can't measured - people have tried and discovered that the stock air filter flows just as well as the K&N.

Some people are like Slinkies. They're really good for nothing. But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Pokeyjoe says it all..........

Absolutely no gain in "umph", or anything else for that matter.

It is cleanable tho!
