Petrol Cap

Found that the petrol cap from my Harley Sportster fits in the tank of my Bonnie. Anyone else tried this? Opens up choice of custom petrol caps.

Be aware that if you do put a Harley tank cap on your bike that it will likely confuse and befuddle most of the harley riders into thinking it is a sportster of some kind....might be good for a few laughs down at the Harley dealer one saturday afternoon....

Not a difficult task, methinks.

Some people are like Slinkies. They're really good for nothing. But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Hmm. Bonnie is a good British bike. A Harley is a good American bike. They are both twins. Its only a petrol (gas) cap at the end of the day.

No, I didn't know this...very good info. I was just actually looking in the J&P Harley catalog the other day at gas tanks and noticed some cool caps. May just have to order up something. BTW, it kills me the Harley catalog is something like 1100 pages. It's like a friggin' metro phone book. Must be nice!
