Complaints about Exhaust noise... to my mum!
Had a call from my Mum today saying she had received compliant about my motorcycle being too noisy.....it seems the local Police had been in touch after a complaint by a neighbor.... why they needed to tell my mother I will never know....im 40 years old ffs, and she lives 5 miles away from me!

Whilst I am sorry for your trouble...
that is the funniest thing I have read all day!
You should call one of the cop's mum's and have her tell him... oh never mind, that could make it worse.

I'd just ignore it, you're obviously a minor, but find out the visiting hours to see your mother !

My next door neigbors daughter left a nasty-gram on my door complaining about my loud bike this past spring. I rarely leave my house before 8am!!! I found out she works a late job and my bike was waking her up when most people are up and around. I now make sure the exhaust is pointed directly at their house before starting out in the morning. I still have no problem with the parents so I don't overdo it but give me a break! I could have been that guy that leaves every day at 5 am and warms his bike up for 10 minutes before leaving.

I had a further converstion with my sweet white haired old mum on this subject, and she told me that she had told the Police office that if anybody had any issue with the noice, it was tough!
The reason my mother was told is because she is a local politician, who works with the police on various community events... but this was still no reason that she should be bothered by what im doing.
did make me laugh thou!

Ringadingdoo,
If this is your bike, well no wonder. You'll go straight to your room and no tea neither
