BC air removal kit for scrambler

I ordered one kit on 7/1 through my dealer and I am still waiting for it. Are these kits made to order and will take this long? Anyone else has any experience with ordering the kit from BC?

Mine took a long time too. Had a few choice words with Jason, who made it up to me with some free shipping and goodies. They were hard to reach by email and phone.

Have ordered stuff from then since, and it has been smoother.

Your dealer probably wasn't set up as a reseller with them so he had to set up an account which takes time.

I order from them all the time. Barring backorders, it takes about a week to get the stuff UPS ground to TX.

If you are talking about the AI removal kit, all you really need is a couple of stainless steel bolts matching the threads of the injectors so you can screw them into the head and a plastic plug for the hole in the airbox. About $7.00 total from Lowes. A little anti-seize on the threads would be good too.

I believe they are... he ordered the part as i was standing there in their shop... they are one of the larger Triumph dealers here in Dallas... and yes, looking to take out the air box to help my engine breath with my new NH Togas... AI was done from previous owner...

Guess we'll keep waiting longer

Give New Bonneville a shout-they are an advertiser on this site. I have bought LOTS of stuff from them -always timely shipping and good service after the sale. He is in Texas!!

I actually both several items from Brent (including the new pipes) dating back to my speed 3. It just happened that this dealer had the relationship going with BC (actually first time I buy from them), so hear I am... already paid for it to.
