Flat bars for Scrambler?

I'm not too happy with the high and wide bars that come stock on the Scrambler. What alternatives are out there? I'd like something classic looking and ideally something flatter and not so cruiser like.

It sounds like you may be searching for something like this:

I tried them, but I didn't like to lean over the tank that much. I went with bars for a late 60's Bonneville that I like a lot:

Wink

"not so cruiser like" Oh! Ouch! You called my Scrambler "cruiser like." Argggghhh! That hurt!

Hadn't even thought of the bars as "cruiser like" until now. I find 'em so comfortable... Dang... Now I'm going to cast an evil eye towards my Scrambler and see if it has any other cruiser tendencies...

I rode with a guy on a cruiser the other day. He sure didn't think my bike was "cruiser like." I flat ran away from him on every bumpy, twisty road, without even trying and despite giving up 400 cc's to his 1300 v-twin.

Pack mule maybe... but "cruiser" ???

Poor Scrambler's been called "cruiser like" ... The pain of it all. The injustice... I can hope and pray that it's not true - but I may need flatter bars myself now just to make sure!

lemme rephrase... Looking for something more 'aggressive' than stock.

The Scrambler Superbars look good!

I use a similar bend to those on my '50's - '60's Meridens.
The original English bars - not the US export "high" bars.
They are 7/8 ", so you have alot of choice.

The Superbars look similar.

Cheers

^ Great looking bike! Do you know if you can still use the Triumph handlebar brace with the superbars?

doubt that the brace would still fit, but why would you want it to? By adding the superbars you are going for more of a street use.
