Here's the bike.

Looks very different than the spy shots.

Thank for posting this.

I notice the picture of the Bonneville at the bottom of the page. Looks like a 1959 in the background. Is this the 50 year anniversary model?

It makes sense to bring one out with the same paint job as the '59

Absolutely stunning.

Translated-

"Bonneville T100 50th Anniversary comes in the classic colors light blue and orange. The first 650 copies will be supplemented with a special plaque with the Triumph-owner John Bloor signature. In the course of the year comes, there will also be new, updated versions of the Bonneville"

Is that light blue or white/cream?

Stunning what ever it is

Tangerine in '59 - not orange.
The General Lee was orange.

Bloor's signature ? Who gives a toss ? Edward Turner's might be worth having.

As for the Chunderbird - the world really really needs another heavy metric cruiser.

Thanks for posting haggis. The bike does look much better in that pic than it did in the spy shots. Looking at Triumph cruisers at my dealer yesterday, I was thinking about how the RIII Tourer is way too big. While the Bonneville America is just too small. I think Triumph is going to fill the void between those two very nicely with this new 1600 cruiser.
