....on an EFI America, and loved it. I finally see what all the fuss is about. Very comfortable, and although 200cc's smaller, seems to have way more grunt than SWMBO's V-Star 1100. I really like the parallel twin. My dealer is presently sourcing the bike and my accessory wish-list - (TORS, screen, sissy-bar and rack, footboards, engine-guard) as we speak, to price it out.

Although two completely different bikes, the FJR 1300 might be for sale soon. I think I'm ready to slow down a little (but probably don't have to on the America).

Hope to cease lurking and start owning soon..............

Enjoy the America!! My bud did for years till he passed away! The FJR's are bringing a premium price - not for the bike, but for the drivetrain! They
are using them in some kind of car/ bike I think?? Enjoy ythe America- I know my bud did!!

If you can swing it keep the FJR. They're different enough that you could justify the collection! Maybe it's just me, I can't get rid of anything....

I love my Bonnie and everytime I think of selling my Tiger a quick ride changes my mind!

Ordered it today, blue on blue EFI loaded. Keeping the FJR for now (I'll let it go next year if I stop using it after the America) Can't wait for delivery.

Has anyone put a centrestand on an America? (I have a jack so I'm not worried, but thought it would be handy for road trips)
