What A Difference!
Just got the front end done.6hrs of getting the forks polished, super gaiters, headlamp ears and 19 t front sprocket from Bellacorse. Very happy with the results. The gaiters slipped on w/o a hitch. Also the thrux turn sig. bracket from BB. Next is the suspension.

What do you use to keep the bare forks from oxidizing? A clear coat of some sort? BTW - looks really nice!

I have never had a problem with polished alm. Maybe the weather here? Hit with windex, mothers polish. A little more maintainence than paint or powdercoat....worth it.
