Looks like Buckee's at I-10 & Hwy 183 south of Luling at 9:30

SHRuuM, Where are we going to meet up?

We could meet up at the Mickie D's in Columbus, as for the time I'm not sure since I haven't calculated time to Luling. Just got home from work and I gotta eat, if you figure time post her up. Anybody else going from around H-town or anywhere else in Tejas?

Do ya'll mind a non-twin joining in the fun? I am a Gemini...so I guess I could qualify as a twin that way, but I ride a triple!

I am in the Killeen area (Copperas Cove, actually) so I could shoot down 183 to meet up. Maybe meet some of the Austin people before they head south as well.

innominate - the plan is to meet up with you guys from the Austin area in San Marcos. I'm thinking about noon time at Centerpoint Station just South of San Marcos. It's located directly across I-35 from the outlet malls at the Centerpoint exit. We can do lunch there or at one of the several fast food spots in the same area.

scgstuff - you can either meet us early at Buckee's on I-10, or around lunch-time at Centerpoint Station on I-35... your choice.

Considering I'll be on a 4 (I guess you could call it a double-twin ) I don't think it'll be a problem

Going the speed limit,
Katy to Columbus: 0:45
Columbus to Luling, 1:05
Luling to San Marcos: 0:35

So according to the above, here is my timetable:

Leave house at 7:30

Starbuck's at the Katy Mills Mall - Arrive 8:00, Wait for any Houston people to show, Leave 8:30

Arrive Columbus 9:15, Wait on SHRuum and others, Leave 9:45

(SHRuuM, I'm assuming that truck stop just west of Columbus unless you tell me otherwise)

Arrive Luling 10:50, Gas, Leave 11:15

Arrive San Marcos 11:50

Lunch, gas, ride, ride, ride

Start home about 5:00

That sounds about right to me, Duckie ol' boy... I've been thinking 9:30 was pretty darn early for you guys to get to here. So as long as SHRuuM is in agreement, I'll jest meet up wit you city boys around 11:00 am at that there Buckee's on I-10. That should git us to San Marcos at high-noon fer shure.
