Every pic I found did not have a good 360 view. From a side shot, I do not think there is a strap for goggles. I have been reading many blogs lately and the bubble visor look is making a comeback as well as all things retro. I went with a chrome bubble for mine. I prefer full face protection. I took a clump of dirt to the face once and swore never again. Forgive me all true rockers, but I want to keep my grill intact.

Don't worry. The Arai freeway I wear doesn't have a goggle strap but there is a simple fix. Get some of that self adhesive velcro tab stuff. You know like the stuff you use on display boards for presentations. Stick a couple of the hook side of the velcro tabs onto the helmet at the back low down and your goggle strap will attach to that. Works a treat.

Davida Speedsters or Ninety-Ones are very nice helmets. ($300-$400 CDN)

Or a much cheaper alternative is the HCI-10 model ($60 CDN) This helmet comes with a removable visor.

Both helmets have goggle strap holders at the back.

I just picked up the Bell Custom 500 in silver metal flake. Love it! It does have a fairly low profile and seems to fit like a dream. Of course I have some cheap (~$40) beater I'm comparing it to.
The quilted stiching and chrome trim really set it off. It's lightweight and I picked mine up from for $119. They said certain sizes are out but should receive more in mid-April. No snap for goggles... If you feel the clear coat it's not like glass, but a little orange peel. Of course you prob can't expect that kind of paint job unless it's custom.

new Arai and Shoei open face helmets

I thought I would throw these in the mix for anyone willing to throw down $300+ dollars for an open face helmet. These are not part of the American lines but you can get them on Ebay.
