Hope I can pick a copy up this weekend. From what I understand it is not availible at corner newstands. You have to go to a Borders or Barnes and Noble which is 27 miles away for me. A long way to go to get a magazine. I will say one thing:::they got the cover right on this first issue. There was no more important year than 1969 and the Mach III and CB-750 were the reason why.

I just started a subscription to Motorcycle Classics. Having read thru the 1st two issues, I'm impressed. Good writing and beautiful photos on high quality paper.

800-880-7567 is their number on the invoice, if you care.

My T100 Bonnie really launched some old nostalgia within me. I still had such fond memories of my early 70's Honda CB750 that I just had to add one to my stable.
I bought this one last week and am waiting for it to be trucked to my house. It is a 1973 K3 with 14,000 miles on it.
I am afraid my 2007 Harley 110SE harley has got to go, cause I am keeping my T100. After I sell my HD, I am going to look for what I had back in 1970. I was lucky to have for 2 yrs a 1969 Honda CB750 Sandcast. They are still out there but getting very pricey.

I found a couple pictures of my old honda.. taken not long before it was stolen.

I miss that bike, but if it hadn't been stolen, I wouldn't have my trumpet..

+1. I've bought the last several issues of Motorcycle Classics at Borders. I do like it. I might subscribe.

Waaay back when I was shopping for a bike, I was looking at three models. Rocket 3, Norton Commando and a CB750.
My Dad wanted me to get the Honda, because he was impressed when a salesman lit it up, put a dime on the tank and revved it up and the dime didn't move.
I went with the Rocket 3 cuz it was $50 cheaper than the other two. It was fast as snot but broke down a lot.

I too would covet a nice CB750 or an original Goldwing.

A favorite of my youth, I found one a couple of years back (all original). Then sold it a year later to someone who just had to have it. Still kicking myself about letting it go.
