I picked up my bike, new,on a Saturday, had it broken in and the oil/filter changed on Tuesday, made a new seat the following Saturday and painted most of the chrome lighting on Sunday. I haven`t touched it since.

First thing I did was to change the exhaust on my 08 Thruxton for the Norman Hyde pea shooters. If I had a pre 08 Thruxton or Bonnie I would also change the handle bars to flat bars or 'jota'bars, its just what I think looks better, cleaner.

photo?

erikmustride, do you have a photo of the sparto tail light? I've been seriously considering switching out the stock tail light, and the look of the sparto is what I think I'm going for. Thanks..

And heres another... I would recommend using a LED bulb. My taillight is actually from about 1950 or so. It's not very bright. I got mine at a swap meet for $40 about two years before I got this bike. Fabricator Kevin makes some cool ones, but he's kinda pricey. I'm in the process of replacing the amber indicators with red and running some new wiring to make all three activate with my brakes.

Erik, the Kuryakyn 4610 run/brake/turn module should do what you want easily. It has a brake light output in addition to the 2 light only option [like mine is configured] and has some plug in wire loops to blink the brake lights 3 times when they are applied. Also built in load resistors if you go LED.

Jeff, when I bought mine, the 4610 was the generic model. Now they are plug and play for the various bikes.Mine is now a 4613.
