Black fender on a creamsicle. opinions....

i've been wanting to bob my fenders. but being the kinda person i am i didn't want to chop my stock fender. thanks to cafethrux selling me his extra black thruxton rear fender i don't have too. just wanting to see how it looked i put it on right when i got it, without painting it. now that it's on i kinda like the black fender. i still have some white in the back thanks to my corbin smuggler. what do y'all think?

and for all you bonnie black owners, by adding some black to my bonnie how much faster can i expect it to be?! ;P

Looks OK, I think I would prefer white. The fender goes better with the bike than that disgusting sticker on the side cover... Roll Wave Roll

Looks ok...maybe a bob and black on the front guard will balance it out.

Suggestion

Geaux with orange and black with just orange and white on the tank. It'll be meaner than a Chinese Bandit.

It doesn't work for me.

You've seem to have too much going on with colours there - especially with the white flyscreen and front fender. The whole effect looks unbalanced.

I can suggest that you paint the seat cowl black. White at the front - a splash of orange in the middle - and black at the back.

Hmmm perhaps you need help from a professional colour stylist!

I like it. It ties in well with the seat and knee pads. Seems to flow well across the bike. A black front fender may bring it all together. maybe PhotoShop it to see how it will look.

Brent is on the money - it looks sharp. I can't quite picture it with a balck front mudguard, but I think that would work. Leave the back as is for sure - it just kind of gives it some sexy contours somehow.
