I have a black City Bag that I'm ready to use for a trip to work tomorrow.

Noticed that there was a little bag in the City Bag that contained some sort of plastic cover. Says "Triumph" on it.

Is this to be used on the bottom of the City Bag? Anyone use this? Seems a bit odd to only cover the lower bottom if it's for rain protection as the entire top half is totally exposed.

I have same bags - I believe the rain cover will cover the outside of the bags - sort of like a hair cover! The outside, top and bottom are well covered - if you stretch to its full length and pull tight most of inside is also covered. I have not used in rain but they are fairly secure at speed.
