Not as cold here, but snow last night. Roads clear. Good time to try my electric gloves, I guess. Not that I'm hopping up and down looking forward to it.

What is this snow of which you speak?!? I've been in Florida for 3 years but spent my whole like in New England so I can sympathize with your plight. I'd say I miss winter but I'd be lying through my teeth. I don't even own a car because it's never too cold to ride down here and riding in the rain beats driving in the snow any day.

I'm tired of it too Gary, I woke up this morning and lucked out...it was cold but no moisture in the air at all...30 degrees...got cleaned up and headed out for breakfast...someone at the restaraunt asked if it was cold out...I said, "Sure IS" but I need to keep riding...been riding to and from work for 2 1/2 months regardless of the weather...cold...rain...hail...cloudy...sunny...It 's my way of protesting this rediculous "COLD AIR MASS" that's been hanging out for the past 3 weeks!!! I WANT SPRING AND SUMMER NOW!!! This sucks!!

We're polar opposites. I grew just south of you, in Vero Beach. Moved to Oregon ten years ago. I miss, riding whenever I feel like it, the sun, the beach and bikini clad babes on the beach.

It's 80 degrees here now the sun is shinning not a cloud in the sky and I just got back from a six hour ride through East Texas. Flowers are all in blowm just a goregous day for a ride. Hang in there spring is on its way.
