Ped Slicers are the front licence plates on oldtimers, which have been fixed longitudinal on the mudguard.

They work well as slicers if you hone the top edge.
Really though, they were required in great britain, and perhaps other countries, to hold the tag numbers in addition to the rear plate.
They look funky, matter of fact, I've got one on my 07 bonnie, you will get more questions about "how old is that one? what year is that? from bystanders.
I just like the 'look' of them so installed a set.
Some people have but decals on them like "bonneville" or "triumph" or "british iron" or other info about the bike.
You can get them through several aftermarket suppliers.
The set I got was from royal enfield.
