I discussed them with Mike at Bellacorse. He knew the price, so I assumed he could get them. That could be an incorrect assumption. Have you called the usual suspects, Bellacorse & New Bonneville? They both carry the full NH Scrambler system. I've emailed Norman Hyde directly a few times about parts. They would be willing to send the parts directly, but I think the shipping costs would be high.
Let us know if you find anything out for sure. I'm thinking about those too.
