Wow - thought I was looking at my Lucifer Orange/Silver T100 for a moment. I am running Progressive 440 springs (which these look very much like). Although mine are all black, they can be ordered in several cosmetic combinations, including a chrome spring over black, as I recall. This pix may not have enough detail to compare, but give it a look.

I pulled up some old paperwork from Progressive, and found that when I changed to a lighter spring (105/150) the SPRING model number was 03-1368-B.
So the number you're seeing is their catalog or product number for that particular spring. I doubt that they limit its use to only the model 440, but use it across several shock models.
If the shock has NO adjustments for compression or rebound damping, and the top preload adjuster is designed to be turned by hand, chances are good you have a set of 440 shocks.
440 shocks use a valving mechanism that automatically compensates for rebound and compression damping.
Regarding pulling a fork spring to determine if it is stock, there may be a shortcut. Remove the fork cap (front of bike jacked or blocked up, of course). If the preload spacer is 3" (approx in length) your bike has the longer Progressive springs. If the spacer is 8-9" long, I suspect the bike still has the stock springs. However, I think one of the aftermarket progressive spring mfgs makes a spring that uses the Triumph spacer .... not sure about this.
Some other subtle but nice additions on your bike:
- Lower handlebars with bar end mirrors
- chrome headlight clamps (looks like)
- chrome cam cover
- chrome chain guard
- aftermarket tail lamp and turn signals
- shorter rear fender
Lookin'good!
Hope this helps.
