March is quickly approaching

And that is when I am going down to my local Triumph dealership to take a Bonnie out for a test spin to see what she's got.

I can't see getting rid of my Sportster but I can't afford to have both, so we'll just have to wait and see what the salesman can do with this guy that's sitting on the fence.

We'll see if he has it in him to pull me over or if he'll kick me back!

Black Bonnie..........yummy!

I was just at the dealer this morning drooling over the 08's. There was a really pretty looking green T100 with silver/gold pinstriping, but nothing beats black.

Good luck with the decision. Sounds like either way you'll be happy.

Well, you've been on this fence a LONG time, maybe this is the year you jump over to the Trumpet side!

"Just" the Bonnie Black. Something about it's simplistic, no frills looks really does it for me. I don't need a tach (the only difference I know of) and I can always add one later if need be.

On that "add a tach" note"........

My father came up for a visit and when he saw my Sportster for the first time, he complimented it but went on to say it needs a tach. Now mind you, this is coming from a man who would pay extra for a tach on his lawnmower if he could! So he tells me to go to the dealership and have them add a tach and to simply send him the bill and it would be an early Father's Day present. Needless to say, he was floored when he received a $400 bill!

Think he would fall for it again or do you think he may have learned his lesson?
