Economic Boost = Bonnie Fund

Well I thought I seen something about this here already, but looking back 3 weeks worth of post and didn't see it sooo. With this new bill, what are you guys/gals planning on spending on. Supposed figures are 1200 per couple and 600 per person that contributes in tax brackets solo 3k-75k and couples 6k-150k (but dont quote me). I think that will be a new seat from G.W.B. After all, they want us to spend it on goods.

I just got laid off last week, so I'm planning on spending my government cheese on lone star beer and ramen noodles. The cheddar's never been better!

Amen to that, Brent! I'll go a little farther and say I'll try to spend mine on Made in America goods. Nowadays that's not always easy to do I know. Not trying to make this any more political than it is...just sayin'.

I had a similar thought! Though the way the $ is dropping, better to spend it while it's got some value. I'm thinking new boots, new electric vest, and a few bottles of wine to get me thru the winter.

Bob

EDIT: add a battery to the list. I went out to experiment with a new cold start procedure, and she cranked twice, then the starter motor simply spun free, like when a Bendix on a starter gives up. And she was fully charged a few weeks ago. She's on life support now (BatteryTender) but not much hope. Oh, well, this was already in the plans, anyway. Much rather have them fail in the driveway than 500 miles from nowhere.

Wife says we should pay off some debts.

If I can talk her out of that plan, a new Corbin seat!

Or maybe move it into a more stable currency - I hear Switzerland has some nice banks.

I ain't getting one...

They really need a Fairfield County CT adjustment in their upper limits...$150k/couple is lower middle class in these parts.
