Stuff like this makes me want to buy a Scrambler today!

I wouldn't get rid of my Bonnie for nothing...but I plan to add a Scrambler to the garage this year...and seeing these **** pipes makes me want to head over to the dealership and buy one...Definitely my favorite pipes for the Scrambler...Hands Down!

Cha CHING!!! And I thought Staintunes on my Bonnie were a little over the top. I agree they're very nice pipes... and I'd like a Scrambler too. But if I ever do get one, it probably won't be a new one and it definitely won't be getting BRM exhaust.

They look very nice. The black costs $200 more. Is there that much more work getting them coated? I know nothing about "painting" 304 stainless.

you could put those pipes on your bonnie.

$$$

I like the thunderbike full exhaust for the scrambler better.

The Scrambler is one of those bikes that just keep growing on me. I don't really care about the power/weight thing, it just seems like such a cool bike and fun to ride. I saw those pipes today and really liked them, but the price......almost as bad as a $2200.00 system for the 675.

I think the price is similar to other systems. & I like that they narrow the width a riders leg needs to stretch (a big factor when you've got an arthiritic hip).
But that'd be the only reason I'd buy them, as I don't really like the look of them.
It's the heat-shields I don't like. They're too angular, & have a '70's look to them, which is completely out of kilter with the rest of the bike's theme.
But as I've said before. I'm much more into function over form. i.e I don't give a rats how much of a design mish-mash my bike becomes. As long as it does all the things I want it to do, & I can live with the look of it. That's good enough for me.
So if/when my hip gets any worse, I'll seriously consider buying them.

I like the pipes. Not so keen on the heat shields, but the pipes certainly tidy up the look of the Scrambler. If I had a Scram they'd be a serious option for me.

I prefer the clean Norm Hyde Scrambler pipe look myself. One thing about the BRM's I like is the removable baffle feature.

I'd be real hesitant to buy anything right now. It seems like there is an increased activity in the aftermarket for these bikes, and I'd hate to get something now and have something cooler come out next week.

They are nice looking pipes. The head pipes don`t look nearly as severe as some of the others I`ve seen. Still wish they they were a 2into1 design though. Is there some kind of unwritten rule that all true Scramblers must have dual [read HUGE] muffler assemblies? I also liked the ad copy regarding the "cleverly designed" bow in the head piping.Seems like common sense to me.
