A Real First!
Takin the Bonne back to the garage today from a friends house. A lady decided to pull out in front of me. I for-saw it & laid on the 130 DB horn I got till she heard it & stopped. Well we both wound up side X side @ the light up the street. Instead of looking the other way, or trying to ignore me till the light changed, she opened the window on her Mrercedes & appoligized profusely saying "I didnt see you & I am very sorry"! Are you OK? I said yes & thankyou for aknowledging your mistake. Told her there are more bikes on the road these days & she needs to look X2. She agreed & we went on our way. Most people would drive the other way, start a fight, or ignore you @ the lite. Nice to know that SOME people do really care.

Good story. I hope she passed it on to her friends like you did and they all look out a little longer for motorcycles now.
When she rolled down the window, did you fight the urge to ask her for grey poupon?

And you didn't even get her phone number....ladies like that are HARD to find dude, driving a mercedes?.....being kind to a biker and apologising for not being careful and not seeing you?......snatch that one up man, she is one in a million....

A guy cut me off last night on my way home, pulled right out in front of me, after slamming on the brakes so I wouldn't hit him I gave him a nice loud rev of the throttle to let him know I was there. Wanna know what I got? The finger.
