It's 12 months to the day, since I signed the contract on my Scrambler. & tentatively rode it home. Worrying that I'd done the right thing, & wondering how long it'd be before I killed myself (like all my friends said I would).
So to still be here, one year on, with an unmarked bike with over 36K klms on the clock, is a very satisfying feeling.
& what a great year it's been. I've thoroughly enjoyed every single one of those 36000 klms. I'm more in love with my bike now than I was then (& I was pretty rapt with it then), which is a testament to how great these bikes are.
The first thing I look at, when I get up in the morning, is the sky. & if it's clear (like today), then all I wanna do is ride (like my signature says). How many bikes make you feel like that, after 12 mths of ownership?
Well mine can still take my breath away & give me goosebumps, when I walk around a corner & catch sight of it against some equally impressive backdrop.
One year gone, & many more to come.
Ain't love grand?
This must be the start of something big!

The happy couple visiting friends on the Tablelands. On day of a torrid affair, which shows no sign of cooling soon (thankfully)
& as the sky outside is looking really blue today. Have a guess what I'm about to do?
Thanks to Triumph for making a bike that's just perfect for my needs.
Thanks to everyone here for the advice & camaraderie.
What a great year
Here's to many more.
