Bought myself a new pair of boots for riding... from my job!

They're from an Australian company named Oliver. Best part is I got 'em for less than retail price, no tax and no shipping charges. And it's deducted from my paycheck.

OK... so they're actually work boots, but I think they make for nice riding boots. Especially for the $80 I had to pay. Sure seemed like a sweet deal to me... check 'em out.

Nice boots Hivel. But I'm guessing they cost you 3X as much as the Olivers. Am I about right?

I agree with that as a general statement. However, my intended point was that I thought the boots I bought was a heck of a good deal... in this particular case. :smug:

I like those boots (Olivers) but they really won't provide adequate protection in a get off.
