I haven't read the other replies yet, so this may be offered more as a vote than as unique input. I've noticed that many people tend to cross-post to the Twin Talk and Club Cafe boards. It seems that one is guaranteed more answers on the Twin Talk board. Also, many standard Bonneville owners are wondering how to cafe their bikes, and it's difficult to determine which board such questions should be on. Thus it seems like the Twin Talk and Club Cafe boards should just be merged.

This, however, would increase the traffic here, making some redistribution helpful. Again, it seems logical to split off the America and Speedmaster issues into a separate board.

I Agree, I also agree with T1 that the heavy Thruxton traffic right now is because it is new...
To my way of thinking, the question is why are so many Thruxton questions posted in the Twins board instead of the Club Cafe board? This indicates to me that a board dedicated to the Thruxton and cafe issues just isn't necessary. So if all the Club Cafe discussions are to be posted in the Twins board instead, would this make the traffic here TOO great?

I'll miss Daz. He may warrant his own forum...

I'm for keeping it together. Many of the threads are common ground and as a new T100 owner I find it an interesting and informative forum.

Part of the attraction is that it's such a busy site - something new every day!

So Happy Together!! There are 46 Bonnevilles of 1 type or another in this photo. There were cool and interesting mods to see and info to gather from their owners. JCW

No argument, we all get on fine together. I too read lots of posts relating to the classic style bikes. I just get a little frustrated when I'm on a mission to find something particular to a cruiser. Would love to be able to sort by style of bike..........

PS in the photo' are the classic guys on the left looking over at the cruiser crowd on the right ??? :-D

Keep it together. I'm a new T100 owner and I have already picked up a lot of info because of the plethora of posts. If it wasn't for the volume and fast moving pace of this forum I wouldn't follow it as much. The humour also helps.

United we stand etc.

I think it is nice to have as many of the twins as possible together in one fourm. In my opinion, there is a bit too much sub-categorization in some of the other forums making them less dynamic and at times, downright slow.

In particular, the "General" forums are over categorized to the point that some of them barely get a handful of posts per day. Some of the bike forums seem to be over categorized as well. Do you need three forums on separate topics for the Tiger? I would caution not to make the same type of errors for the twins.

In particular, there are probably less American and Speedys out there and they are a relatively small volume bike. I think we all mutually benefit by having the cruiser twins included with the classics.

Then again it's not going to kill anyone to carve out another forum for the twin cruisers so I am fine with whatever comes to pass.

I vote to keep them together.Thruxton folks already have the cafe section to use here, although I don't mind seeing posts about them on twin talk.I think cruisers and standards are more alike than different and learn alot from people like Dinqua and Dazco's millions of questions.I know there are alot of Speedmaster and America people who don't visit here at all because they have Bonnevilleamerica.com forum.I rose with some and they had never heard of this forum.again,STAY TOGETHER.
