Maybe I spend too much time in bookstores. Anyway, the latest issue of L'Optimum, a French mens magazine, has a guy astride a Silver 2007 Bonnie on the cover. If you check out the link, you will see a list of magazine covers. It's the one in the lower left: http://www.relay.fr/indexFlash.php?i...&articleType=2

I thumbed through the magazine more pics inside. Mostly fashion stuff though with the bike as accessory.

Voxan, unless they've gone out of business again. They produce some interesting looking bikes but had to be rescued a couple of years ago. But the last I heard they were still going, albeit with very low production rates.

Hi, newbie here, will have to introduce myself !
As for french bikes, appart from a few specialised trial bikes and a lot of scooters (especially peugeot and MBK), we have, as has been pointed, the voxans :

and soon to be released (first in the US, that's where the money is for this kind of bike) the Wakan, featuring an S&S ENGINE (S&S involved because the second version will have a fuel injection system, and the french do the R&D on it) :

King Bear :-D That color is a bit too manly for me, maybe with little flowers and butterflies?

You know why the French have trees lining their roads?? Because the Germans like to march in the shade.
My family French Connection goes for 4 generations back to WWI with my grandfather fighting several battles (Belleau Wood was one)in the US Army Cavalry- 28th Division from Pa. My Dad (US NAVY) landed an LCVP on D-DAY , 1944(June 6 was D-Day plus 63 years!) on Utah Beach (that is an incredible story) in the first wave and I served in Chinon , France as an Army med Tech in a Nato Hospital during 1963-64. My first son was born in Chinon Army Hospital and thusly was able to have French citizenship if he wanted- he did not , he is an American citizen.
The French are very hi-tech but dont like to fight. They have a new government that is dealing with illegal aliens whereas we have a bunch of vote sucking cowards who only work to get re-elected and enrichen thenmselves at the taxpayes expense. Viva La France!

Oops-I got off track-the French built sort of a BMW copy during the 60's that was really fast for its day and was good looking too. I cannot remember the name but I used to go look at them in the dealers window in Chinon in 1964 and dream---they were cool.
